How do I create a prompt box that has a time limit on it?

Can anyone provide me an example code on how I can make a prompt box with a few questions that I want to ask and limit the user to answer within for example, one minute? Also, the answers will also be stored in a text file when i can view/edit later on?

AutoWarnDlg, by Jan Simon illustrates one way to implement an inputdlg with timeout.
