I get error on line aa= find(RVI>=0 & RVI <0.2);Do I need to load my mat file in some other way?
A=load('A.mat')
B=load('B.mat')
C=load('C.mat')
aa= find(A>=0 & A <0.2);
x1 = B(aa);
y1 = C(aa);
scatter(x1,y1,'MarkerFaceColor','g','MarkerEdgeColor','g');

A=load('A')
A=cell2mat(struct2cell(A))
%or
q=fieldnames(A)
out=A.(q{1})
