Arduino IO Package - including & using additional header files

I'm using matlab (not simulink) to control an arduino, and I need to include additional header files that would normally be easily included in and arduino program. Specifically, I need to include "PixyI2C.h", and then create a PixyI2C object that reads from a CMU pixy cam by I2C
