Serial Command Not Working!

Hello,

I am trying to type the serialport command in matlab, and I keep getting a 1X0 string array, would anyone have any idea why that is? Shoudn't this commad show me all available ports, or would it show the ones that are in use?

The command to display the serial ports is

serialportlist

You can be more specific too,

serialportlist("all")
serialportlist("available")
