- To launch the uninstaller, open the Control Panel and open "Programs and Features."
- Locate MATLAB in the list of available programs, select it, and click Uninstall.
- The MATLAB uninstaller will then launch; here, check the boxes for products you wish to uninstall, and uncheck the boxes for products you wish to keep.
- Click the "Uninstall" button to uninstall the toolboxes you wish to remove.
Uninstall multiple toolboxes simultaneously

I want to unistall multiple toolboxes simultaneously, without uninstalling them one at a time because in this case I had to wait for matlab and restart it every time it finishes. I simply want to run the process with the targeted toolboxes and wait for the end.
Is there a manner?

You can uninstall multiple toolboxes via the uninstaller. The MATLAB uninstaller is only available on Windows.
Refer Previous MATLAB answer if required.
Hope this helps.
