Matching histogram between an image with reference histogram from excel data

I have a data of histogram with bins 255, this histogram will become the reference histogram.

How i can match an image with the reference histogram? Instead using the given coding of

J = imhistmatch(I,ref)

where 'ref' here refer to an image, while mine the 'ref' refer to a histogram data.

can anybody help me?

If you have an image and you need it to match a histogram, use histeq(). That's what imhistmatch() does internally. It simply gets the histogram from the reference image and feeds it to histeq().
