- Open MATLAB R2022a.
- Go to the "Preferences" menu by clicking on "MATLAB" in the menu bar and selecting "Preferences."
- In the Preferences window, select the "Keyboard" category.
- Under the "Keyboard" category, click on the "Shortcuts" tab.
- Look for the shortcut binding for "Paste" and make sure it is set to "Command + V." also look for the binding for Import, and clear if any exist for import.
- If the binding is already set correctly, try changing it to a different combination (e.g., "Option + V") and then change it back to "Command + V."
- Click the "Apply" button to save the changes.
- Close the Preferences window and try pasting code in the Editor window again using Command + V

I've recently updated to R2022a on MacOS Monterey v12.2.
Whenever I try to paste code in the Editor window using Command + V, the import data wizard window automatically pops up. It's driving me insane. Any ideas on how to stop this?
