There is no scatterplot in Classification Learner that I'm aware of. In Regression Learner there is, but Classification Learner has a "confusion matrix" instead.

Normally the highest values in the confusion matrix go from the upper left to lower right. What does yours look like? You forgot to attach a screenshot.

I assume I'm faced with the same issue as the topic starter.

Below you can see the issue I'm having. It's the first time I used the toolbox. Any ideas what's happening here and how to fix it? (The confusion matrix in the second tab is also upside down...)
