I'm creating 2 custom menu entries in GUI somehow. Any suggetions?

I've made sure the relevant figure properties are set to none and then deleted the 2 custom menu entries using the menu entries. When I run the GUI from guide, the menu bar shows up with 2 custom menus. I can't see these in the guide menu editor until I exit and restart guide.

I think I must be overwriting something somewhere, but need a hint where to look.

Any ideas??

Dan - I think that you need to clarify what the problem is. It seems that the two menu entries are appearing when you run the GUI (through GUIDE) but you can't see them in the editor? Is that the case?
