using matlab daq toolbox with agilent u2531a for function generation

Hello, I'm trying to generate multi-phase functions by using agilent u2531a. I have succeeded in doing that with the DIOs but I am not able to change its frequency. Anybody has an idea how to change the frequency in the digital IOs? Thanks Gozen
