how to get an image from webcam

Hey;

I need to get an image from webcam in simulink. I try to use "from video device" block and I dont know how to get snapshot from the block...

I use from video device block, but I want to get a single pic after period of time (lets say 1 sec) , and to get the matrix of the image.. do you know how to do it?
