What should I choose when I use the pixhawk4 mini

Just choose the PX4 Pixhawk 4.

I use it in Matlab2023a like that.And it works well.

To use Pixhawk4 Mini board, select "My board is not listed here" in hardware setup screen (instead of selecting one of the supported boards) and choose the corresponding cmake file (px4_fmu-v5_default).Then choose the Target Hardware as PX4 Pixhawk Series in Simulink. See the full documentation on how to use a board that is not officially supported but belongs to the FMU standard.
