Any code supplied by TMW for which you cannot read the code yourself (e.g., by asking to "type" the routine or by opening a subsystem), is considered to be trade secret.

Your description is not enough for me to go upon to figure out which MATLAB library routine or which Simulink block that you are referring to, so I am not able to offer suggestions of where you might look to find the algorithms that you might then rewrite in to code.
