3-D graph for Image

Hello Everybody! I have a gray scale image and i want to draw its 3-D graph(mesh or bar)..I wana to see its high-frequency and low-frequency strength in three-dimensions...plz help me, what parameters should I pass to draw 3-D graph.... thanks in advance.
