can you write the direct code to write the equation

It's not a system of PDEs, but of ODEs.
Convert the two second-order ODEs to a first-order system of 4 ODEs. Then use ODE45 to solve if the boundary conditions are all given in one point and BVP4C if the boundary conditions are given in two or more different points.
