Error in database toolbox

I got the following error when i try to set a database connection:

Error using matlab.ui.control.internal.controller.ComponentController/executeUserCallback
Error while evaluating Button PrivateButtonPushedFcn.

How can i solve this? It looks like its an issue in the toolbox but its just installed from the mathworks themselves.

Same problem here when tried to use "MySQL Data Source Configuration" from DatabaseExplorer and click the "Test" button. The above errors occurred and the DatabaseExplorer just froze.

Hi,

I understand you are getting error while setting up a database. You can follow the steps to resolve the issue:

1. Install MySQL driver by referring to the following link: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2021a/database/ug/mysql-native-interface-for-windows.html
2. In Step 1 of the link above, ensure that you install the "MySQL Native Interface".
3. Try entering the credentials again in Database Explorer or follow all the steps in the link above.
