how to create trajectory matrix

Hello, all. As a part of my project, I need to use Matlab for continuous speech recognition. I have completed the segmentation and I need use the RSS(Reconstructed State Space) method based on time domain non linearity for feature extraction. But I have a problem in creating trajectory matrix of signal.Please help me to create trajectory matrix. Please assist.
