Simulink error loading ... symbol not found

I tried to open a template in simulink start page and it turns out to be this. How can i fix this error?

Hello,

It is my understanding that you are experiencing the attached error when opening a template in Simulink startup page.

The issue can be resolved by updating MATLAB with Update 3 provided for MATLAB R2021a version.
