c-code on Beagelboard xM through Simulink

Hi there,
as far as I remember you can make a Simulink Block, which contains individual c-code (I guess it was the s-function Block?). I was wondering whether it would work to use such an s-function with the beagleboard support package, so that I can use it as a crosscompiler for the arm Cortex A8 running Ubuntu. e I would be happy if somebody could verify that or tell me what would be needed to chang.
Thanks a lot!
Regards,
Lennart
