pathtool関数​を機能させるにはどう​したらいいですか？

現在学生向けライセンスで使っているMATLAB　（R2022b）をダウンロードしたのですが、
次を使用中: builtin
'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2022b\bin\win64\hg.dll' で必要とされるリソース ファイル
'toolbox/matlab/graphics/hg/hgrc.m' が見つかりません
とエラーが出てしまいpathtool関数などいろんな関数が使えません。
何を行えば関数が機能するようになるでしょうか？

にた物がありました。再インストールが良いかも知れません。
