how to create a traffic light in GUI ?? and make it glow ???

friends i am trying to create a traffic junction using gui in matlab and i want to glow the traffic lights so please help me

If u just have to make a gui, u really don't need to use image processing for that. Read matlab guide help. Its easy to understand and get started. If you have any issues during the development you can post it
