Integration of matlab code in simulink

I have a complex matlab code that I have to integrate into a simulink simulation that someone else wrote. I don't want the other guy to see my code, so I want to encrypt it. As the matlab code is already written in a way the matlab coder cannot read, I hope it is possible to do it with the matlab compiler. Thanks for the answers
