- Verify that you have installed the correct and compatible version of Simulink that matches your MATLAB version. You can check MATLAB compatibility information on the MathWorks website or check the system requirements documentation for the specific release.
- If you have any third-party add-ons or toolboxes installed, temporarily remove them and restart MATLAB to determine if one of them is causing the error.
- Delete any temporary files related to the Simulink session by going to the MATLAB Command Window and typing "bdclose all" followed by "clear all". Then try opening Simulink again.
