BAR GRAPH plot - grouped legend

Hello,

I would like to plot a graph like this attached.

The values for the bars are data = [8.18 6.70 7.30 6.30 6.57 6.22 6.25 6.21]

I would also like to see the values displayed (like in the first, third, fifth and last bars here).

This does not allow to reproduce the graph attached, thanks anyway
