Trying to access Polaris NDI IR tracker through Matlab

Hi all,

I'm trying to connecto to a NDI POLARIS tracker (previous version of this one: http://www.ndigital.com/medical/polarisfamily-spectrasystemhybrid.php) from MATLAB, sending commands directly to serial port. I haven't achieved this, it seems that I'm doing something wrong. I have checked the connectivity and operation from Toolviewer, so the COM port is ok. Anyone has a sample code where sending commands through serial port?
