Can't open simscape electrical example in command window

Hello everyone. I'm a bit new to matlab so I can really appreciate some help here.

I'm trying to open this file from the simscape electrical library:

I have downloaded the library but I try to run the command "ee_dc_fast_charger", it tells me this:

Unrecognized function or variable 'ee_dc_fast_charger'

Sorry if this may be a noob question. Any help would be appreciated!

That example is new as of R2021b, the release after the one you have.
