Select and Cut circles (ROIs) out of the picture

Hello, everyone,

I need your help again.

In my project, I have to cut out the circles in a CTPahntom image as ROIs. The radius and coordinates of the individual circles are known.

Unfortunately, the "imcrop" function does not work with circles.

Does anyone have an idea how I can cut the circles out of the phantom image
