Cell to matrix conversion

I have a cell like this. I want to make in one matrix. I can do this
a = [v{1}; v{2}; v{3}]
but it would take so long sing the cell has 1084 elements. Can you please help me. How sould i use for or something.

a = vertcat(v{:})
