Simple example for bayesian population PK model

Hello team,

I am wondering if matlab has resource or example code for bayesian population PK model in simbiology?

I would like to carry out out a project about this topic with basic knowledge about the bayes rule, but I could not apply the knowledge to the bayesian population PK model.

With some resources or example codes, I think I could have better and clearer understanding about it.

If you want to implement Bayesian parameter estimation, you can take a look at mhsample or hmcSampler in the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox.

It is my understanding that you are working in Simbiology to carry out Bayesian population PK model.

Refer the example below which links Bayesian parameter estimation with Simbiology. This doesn’t model the population PK modelling but provides better understanding towards linking Simbiology and Bayesian model.
