heatmap with DNA finger print

I want to create a HeatMap like the following:

I tried to do it with the heatmap function on matlab, but with no luck

We have very little information about what the problem was when you tried to create the heatmap.

How can we help you with that?

The Problem is that the heatmap function allow me to insert only 1 y value, and i need multiple y values

Can you upload the data (or a small subset), and the code you used? You can use the paper clip icon in the INSERT section of the toolbar.
