Seeing total battery pack capacity decrease with cells

I want to create a battery pack with 2 different cell types. With this created battery pack, I want to see how much the total capacity of the pack decreases over time as the number of cycles increases;

1-) A 3s3p cell pack in which all cells have the same internal resistance

2-) A 3s3p cell pack in which the internal resistances of the cells are different
