R2022b Update 4 offline update installer?

When I go to the downloads page and select R2022b Update 4, then "I WANT TO: Install Updates", no link to the offline installer appears. Do I have to use the .iso to do a full install even though the system already has R2022b Update 2 installed?

The offline installer currently has a bug that can corrupt matlab installations.

If somebody absolutely has to get the update, my understanding is they can do so through the ISO or run the update_installer.exe/sh
