Dear all
My Matlab R2022b is not showing functions on Editor on MacBook. I can run the code and get some results but it is not showing the scripts that is written in editor.
What should I do?

To me it seems like not a very common problem. Please let me know if the issue still persist.

I've had the same issue over 3 macs (intel and silicon), multiple iOS and multiple versions of Matlab over the last 2 years or so. It seems to be related to RAM - if I close every other application then the scripts are more likely to show. However, when I attempt to open Matlab I generally have plenty of spare RAM - it's not under particular pressure. Matlab has full disc access. Once a script is displays it stays displayed even when opening all the applications I previously had open and increasing memory useage again.

Hello,
Someone in my company got the same issue.
running Matlab in -nodesktop mode, then launching the editor with edit, seemed to improve the situation.

I suffered blank editor window, sluggish startup, and related problems after upgrading my 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5 Mac Mini to OSX 14.6.1 Sonoma.
I found that System settings -> Privacy & Security -> Full Disk Access -> MATLAB_R2024a was not set.
Setting it (i.e. turn on full disk access for Matlab) solved the problem.
