How can I resolve the 'serial communication failed' error?

I am trying to do parameter estimation using LaunchXL-F28069M and BoostXL DRV8323RS using MATLAB simulink parameter estimation block. I am able to flash the target model in LaunchXL board But I am getting error showing 'Serial communication failed' in MATLAB when i run the host_model. And I also tried the same comination of board and inverter, it is working fine in open loop and closed lop 6-step commutation but it is throwing this error in parameter estimation.

Hi,

The error directs that there is a communication failure while using the parameter estimation host model.

It is working in open loop but not in parameter estimation. The issue is still there.
