How can I prevent this MSE array from appearing in the live editor?

mean_error() is not a Mathworks-provided function. It is a third-party function or one of your functions, and inside it there is an assignment to a variable named MSE that needs to have a semi-colon added at the end of the statement doing that particular assignment.
