App Designer Example hangs at 10% download

Click "Design App" Click on 'More Examples", specifically I am trying to download the example "Respond to Numerical Input", but I have tried other examples and all of them hang at 10%. This is truly one of those, "I haven't a clue where to even check" problems.I did a search, and this hasn't popped up as a problem for others, so I'll assume it is something specific to my computer/company firewall. Using WIn10, also this is the first time using app designer.

Hi John,

I understand that the example file “Mortgage.mlapp” is hanging on load when you open it in App Designer. Please make sure if the examples are downloaded correctly. For downloading the MATLAB app file “Mortgage.mlapp” to your current working directory, execute the following command

setupExample("matlab/MortgageCalculatorExample",pwd).
