UITable scrollbar to the button

I am representing a table in a UITable and every time a push an start button I generate a new row. The problem is that when I have several rows already in the table, I would like to see the lasts values, so have the scrollbar at the button. I've read some questions but, I cannot solve it.

There is a scroll function, however, scrolling a UITable component is available from R2021a.
