can anybody help me to write matlab code for "pitchtrack" using STFT(short time fourier transform) analysis?

am working on cry signal of baby. inputted in .wav format. pitch(fundamental frequency) is estimated using cepstrum analysis. I want to track the pitch of signal after doing STFT and plot it. i.e. "pitch contour" to study variations in pitch over time. anyone can help me pls?
