Does the statistics and machine learning toolbox include timeseries analysis?

Looking for timeseries analysis capbility in MATLAB and I am not sure which toolbox box is required.

The Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox supports timeseries analysis.

Time series analysis is also supported by MATLAB outside of the Stats and ML Toolbox.

There's also a timeseries object with several object functions used to analyze timeseries which are available in base MATLAB.
