export structs within structs

I'm trying to export the output data of the models I've created, I can't find a way to export them as the outputs are in a difficult format (a struct within a struct, as seen below). Ideally, I would want to export all the treedata structs of all models generated. Any tips or ideas?

So many nested scalar container arrays: this is very inefficient data design. Much better would be e.g. one non-scalar structure, or a table.
