Matlab Drive syncing problem

I just started to use MATLAB online for a coursera course; however, it seemed that there were some problems about the syncing. After I uploaded a file on MATLAB Drive, I cannot find the file in MATLAB when I clicked opening.

I uploaded two files on MATLAB Drive about a week ago, and I can find the files in MATLAB. However, even though I deleted one file in MATLAB Drive, when I clicked opening in MATLAB, I can still see the two files. Thus, I'm wondering if there's anything wrong with syncing. By the way, I've reloaded the two websites several times, but it seemed that the condition was always the same.

Some of the possible workflows for your issues could be:-

1. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve syncing issues. Go to your browser settings, find the option to clear cache, and select it. After clearing the cache, reload the MATLAB Online and MATLAB Drive pages.
2. Log Out and Log In: Sign out of both MATLAB Online and MATLAB Drive, and then sign in again. This action can refresh the session and help resolve any syncing problems.
3. Check MATLAB Drive Settings: Ensure that the file you uploaded is located in the correct folder in MATLAB Drive. Double-check the folder structure and make sure the file is not in a subfolder or in a different location than expected.

Hi,  

As per my understanding you want to know how solve the synching problem in MATLAB drive. While deleting the file from MATLAB drive ensure that the file is transferred to Deleted Files section. If not, then wait until it is transferred as deleting may take time due to poor network connections. Once the file is deleted you will receive a green pop-up on the tab showing that the file has been deleted.
