why do i get deactivate matlab error everytime

whenever i start MATLAB 2023A it gives message MATHWORKS SOFTWARE DEACIVATION REQUIRED. which are also attached. please guide us what is the problem. i have deacivate and reactivate license from help menu i the siftware but no help. still getting message of deactivation matlab. though i have download license file from MATLAB PORTAL correctly.

Never share your License Number online.

It seems that your license has expired or has become invalid. Thus MATLAB is asking you to deactivate your license. However, when you try to deactivate it fails because MATLAB does not have access to the drive it is installed in.

How did you get your MATLAB license? From your work/college institutution? If so, I suggest you contact your Adminstrator to help you resolve this issue.
