Error building model: "The current model configuration differs from the model configuration used to generate the shared utility code folder"

This error occurs when generating code after pulling my MATLAB project from a remote repository.

The error message offers "Click here to review parameter differences between '...' and '...'. "

The only parameter difference seems to be TflCheckSum.

Something similiar gets answered in these posts:

Both provided answers don't fix my problem.

I am using a data dictionary to store my model configuration. With that all model references use the same model configuration.
