You want to reverse the order of the legend names of plots after creating them?
Also, I would strongly recommend you to clearly state/specify what your goal is, rather than have us guessing/asking for what you want to do.

If you're using release R2023b or later, there's a new legend property introduced in R2023b that may be of interest to you. Change the Direction property.
