2023b version ROS2 toolbox not transmitted or received

When the ROS2 toolbox was tested in the 2023a version and the ROS2 Galactic version, transmission and reception were all smooth. After 2023b was released, it was confirmed in the document that it was possible in the ROS2 humble version and was tested for transmission and reception after the upgrade, and it was confirmed through the rqt_graph that both nodes and topics were created. There is no value coming in from the Subscribe box. Is there a separate version of ROS2 when using ROS2? All Python versions used version 3.9.
