S11 to Z parameter conversion

I want to convert simulated S11 parameter (from HFSS) to Z11 . How to convert in matlab and plot the figure?

Thank you for guiding me. In this code they have used complex s parameter. But sir I got only real value of S11 parameter. So sir can I use this code for real s11 to convert z parameter?
