I suggest you to confirm whether Powertrain Blockset is installed in your desktop by navigating to Add-Ons in the toolstrip --> Manage Add-Ons in MATLAB. If it isn't installed, then install it in your local desktop.
Next, you can utilize the Virtual Vehicle Composer to craft an Electric Vehicle and construct a model. Navigate to Driver Commands, access the Mask (Ctrl + U), and observe the utilization of a "Longitudinal Driver" block within the model, as illustrated below:
