Cannot install addon - unexpected error

See version information below. I launched as admin, and as not admin. Nothing I could do would work. It would start download and at about a third each time it would fail.

Thanks for the reply. Acutally, I should have specified - the addon was the signal processing toolbox.

I tried downloading the add-on installer but it wouldn't launch - silent fail.

As I had to get my work done I uninstalled MATLAB, and re-installed, simply installing all the addons from the original install. Pretty frustrated at MATLAB for this core feature not working.

Hello, is there any news on this? I have the same issue, I have tried runinng with and without Admin elevation. I have the same log output as the OP. The Addon is Sensor Fusion. How do I circumvent the add-on installer? I have already tried the Hardware support pacakge download but that does not have the sensor fusion addon.

Any tips for offline download?
