In CT Scan and MRI of companies like GE, Phillips,Siemens..which computer language is being used for image processing of MRI images? Do they use MATLAB or any other language? And if they use MATLAB, then can u help me to get the code for that and explain how it works?

Most of the machine specific processing is closed source and proprietary and individuals working with the source are generally required to sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements. The images that get saved by the scanner is a different situation. Have you looked at mrTools: http://justingardner.net/doku.php/mrTools/overview

I acknowledge your answer but May I know which software is being used for further process of MRI images? Is It MATLAB or something else?
Because I am interested in getting knowledge of that software which is used for MRI image processing.
Thank You for your response!!

Yes, it is in MATLAB or in something else.
I don't think I have seen the software on Philips MRI machines, but as best I recall neither the GE nor Siemens MRI machines use MATLAB.
Please recall that MRI machines require hard real-time data collection, and MATLAB itself is not designed for real-time work.
If you are looking for some MATLAB software that does some kinds of MRI image processing, then look at SPM, http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ which is designed for brain imaging. I have also seen some MATLAB based software for spinal cord imaging, but I believe my organization wrote that in-house.
