Is Lisence "Matlab Basic Package" required to use license "Matlab embedded Coder Package"?

Mi question is simple, do I need to have License ""Matlab Basic Package" in order to be able to use "Matlab embedded Coder Package"? or if I only buy "Matlab embedded Coder Package" license is enough for my activities as Model base designer.

If by "Matlab[sic] embedded Coder Package" you mean the Embedded Coder product, the Product Requirements and Platform Availability page for that product states that it requires MATLAB and MATLAB Coder (as well as a C compiler) and also has a few requirements that are specific to certain workflows.

Since you stated "Model base designer" in your question and tagged this with product Simulink I think the "Simulink Coder required for generating code from Simulink" workflow requirement applies.
